At the send of September 2020 I was asked by East Northamptonshire Council (ENC) to produce a number of images to use in their marketing material to promote their “Recovery Through Enterprise” Plan for the local area. The images were taken in the market towns of the borough to highlight the ongoing COVID 19 measures businesses, local people and the council were taking to ensure business and everyday life could continue as normal as possible. This marketing package includes a website, brochures and social media posts to create a key portal containing help, support and advice for local businesses as well inform residents and business about ENC’s economic response to the impact of the pandemic. I worked closely with local businesses who generously allowed me into their premises to photograph their day-to-day activities as well as the warm and friendly residents I met whilst photographing the town centres and high streets.
