During a warm and bright Spring 2019 I was asked by a leading international real-estate company to produce high-end photography of a property coming up for sale in the Home Counties of England. The estate covered over 25 acres and its crowning glory was a large country house with parts dating back to the 1700’s. Potential buyers in the international property market are slightly different from UK based clients in what they want to view of a property, so emphasis was focused on dining rooms, master bedrooms, private studies and wine-cellars rather than kitchens, living rooms and guest bedrooms. I relish working with international clients and gaining a greater understanding of their specific and individual needs their property buyers ask of them.
